Why? To me only a few brands in the world are absolutely pure luxury, and one of those brands in Hermes. While the ready to wear clothing is fine, and there are good items here and there in the seasonal collections, the real Hermes gold is in the iconic accessories. Why is Hermes one of the few real luxury companies? Because they still make all of their clothing and accessories the old way, by hand, with the best factories in the world, namely in Europe. They are one of the few brands that did not jump ship in the 90’s/00’s for crappy overseas manufacturing, and you can tell when you see and hold their products.

What? I love the iconic Birkin bag, the Medor and Collier jewelry collections, everything Kelly, and of course, the scarves. I love my Apple x Hermes watch beyond words. I even have the lip balm, which is light and overly luxurious for your bag. I have given the tea cups as gifts. Truly anything and everything Hermes is wonderful, I say collect it all.

How? I love wearing my Hermes every day with classics like jeans and a tee. Wanna dress up some sweats, do it with Hermes. I love the idea of a sweatsuit with a Birkin.

Where? Hermes website is the only place to get new Hermes on the web. The resale market for Hermes is MASSIVE, just be sure you are buying from a consignment company who knows how to confirm authentic wares. The Real Real and Vestaire Collective are def good options.
