Why? Ian Charms reached out to me in DMs years ago when the founder, Lisa, had seen my styling work. This started a fun instagram friendship and my eventual purchase of one of these amazing bead/pearl necklaces. I love the y2k vibe their jewelry adds to any look. Also she is one of my favorite people to follow on instagram, so freaking funny. Just a creative cool gal making jewelry with her boyfriend and selling through their own website. The brand has blown up since it has become a favorite among the celeb crowd, and I couldn’t be more stoked for Lisa and this cool jewelry. Many of her beads are custom ceramic made exclusively for Ian Charms and she also uses real pearls. And everything is hand made in her LA apartment. All of the things I love in a brand, for me this is the kind of costume jewelry I love to have in my jewelry box because it makes me smile every time I see it. I love wearing Ian Charms when my look needs a little fun or tongue-in-cheek.
