Accounting Tools

Accounting is boring but mega important to any business.  Stylists get audited by the IRS frequently, especially when their incomes reach over $150,000.  So having awesome accounting practices from the beginning of your business is very important.  I use Quickbooks Online for all of my day to day business, accounting, budgets and bills.  It is super awesome and I highly recommend.  Take the video tutorials and teach yourself how to use all of the features in an afternoon.  A full time accountant can cost up to $500+ per month, with Quickbooks and just a couple hours per week, you can do all of that work for $25/month.  Done and Done.
