Dover Street Market led me to this gem of a surf/skate brand. Surf & Skate culture from Southern California has been influential on me since the early 90’s when I wandered into a skate shop in my local mall. Vans, Stussy, Massimo and DC were the brands favored by the young skaters of my generation. As I have grown older, and also as my taste for better made clothing has blossomed, I left a majority of the skate and surf brands of yesteryear behind because of their junior sizing and made in china (or whatever cheap overseas factory) labels. Browsing through Dover Street Market in New York for a client, I found Noon Goons. It had the fun classics of surf and skate I so loved growing up but it’s made in the USA. So stoked to be find a streetwear brand (other than Supreme) who is focusing more on local manufacturing and creating a quality product while not sacrificing style. I love the jackets, the denim is particularly cool and trend worthy as well. Their line hits the 90’s So Cal vibe harder than anyone else out there for a really good price tag for Made in USA!
